PRINCIPAL (MR NICE GUY!)

Having grown up in Bourke, Sam moved to the Narromine area 21 years ago (still not long enough to be called a local!). Sam sees the advantage of a local person to help navigate the mine field that is insurance and having spent 16 years as an Ag Commodity buyer, he knows the markets!

Sam has previously been involved in a number of Senior and Junior sporting committees; he just loves his sport. Anyone who knows him knows he is committed to his clients, mates and community.

INSURANCE EXPERT & FRONT-OF HOUSE GENIUS.

Odette has years of varied experience including GrainCorp, Principal Focus and Narromine Physio. Her attention to detail is amazing and she is the kind, caring face and voice we need to look after our clients come claim time. Her insurance knowledge is amazing.

She is a mum to 3 beautiful kids (now adults) and a wife to a hardworking farmer. Born and raised in Dubbo in a large family of 8 siblings, her sense of family and belonging is SO strong. Odette is now living the dream in Narromine!

HOLDS DOWN THE FORT

Flic holds down the back end of the business and is the Crop Insurance go to. Although if you ask her, she will say her main role is keeping Sam on track!

Flic was born in Gunnedah, went to school in Tamworth and spent 8 years working in the Ag sector in Sydney. Three kids, two dogs and a big garden later - she is happy to be out the back making sure WARDi is ticking over!

Susie joins the team from a logistics/transport business background - she ran the family company for 20+ years - it was time for a well-earned change.

Susie's can do attitude, ensures no stone is left unturned and all avenues are explored when quoting insurance.
